This weekend, Saturday was without football from the Macedonian Super League, as all the matches of the 21st round are scheduled to be played on Sunday.
Therefore, six matches are on the schedule for tomorrow. Initially, it was planned that the duel to be played in Tetovo between Shkendija and Vardar would be moved to Saturday due to the broadcast on state channels, but at the request of the Tetovo side, it was decided to keep the game on Sunday.
One of the matches that is eagerly anticipated is between Shkendija and Vardar, two old rivals, but not currently, as the red and blacks from Tetovo are fighting for the title, while the red and blacks from the capital are battling for survival. Nevertheless, Jeton Beqiri’s team is only aiming for a win in this duel, as any other result would be a misstep for the Tetovarians in the race for the top spot.
The reigning champions, Struga Trim Lum, in this round will face Sileks in Kratovo, while the current leaders, Shkupi, will host Tikvesh from Kavadarci in Çair.
Another Albanian team, Voska Sport, will play in the capital against Makedonija Gjorče Petrov, seeking their first win in 2024, while Gostivar will test their strength against Bregalnica Strumica.
Also part of the 21st round’s schedule is the match Rabotnicki – Bregalnica, which will be played at the “Todor Proeski” arena.
All matches kick off at 14:00.
