On Saturday evening in Bielefeld, Germany, the former professional boxer, Besar Nimani, was shot dead. The news was confirmed to the media by his brother, Berati, who stated that Nimani was ambushed and killed by several unidentified individuals.
Nimani, born in Mitrovica, had also been wounded back in 2013.
During his professional boxing career, he fought in 27 matches, achieving 26 victories and one draw, without any losses.
